Vibe Check 4x4 is a daily word grouping puzzle made from the internet's favorite language: slang, emoji and meme words. Every day you get the same 16 tiles as everyone else, and somewhere in there hide four groups of four. It might be four ways to say something is great, four emoji that mean you are laughing, or four words with an animal hiding inside. Tap four tiles that share a vibe and hit CHECK. Find a group and it locks in with its color; miss and you lose one of your four vibes. One away? Cappy the capybara, your host, will tell you, and when you are stuck he can point at a tile and name its group. Every group you find opens the Vibe Translator, a quick note on what each word or emoji actually means, so parents can finally decode the group chat and kids can laugh at their Unc. - Is it the same puzzle for everyone?
- Yes. A new Daily unlocks at midnight UTC and everyone in the world gets the same 16 tiles that day.
- How many mistakes can I make?
- Four. Every wrong guess costs one vibe. If three of your four tiles were right, Cappy tells you that you are one away.
- What if I don't know a slang word?
- Tap HINT and Cappy highlights a tile and names its group. The first hint in each puzzle is free, and you can watch a short ad for up to two more. After you find a group, tap it to read what every tile means.
- Is it OK for kids?
- Yes. Every puzzle is hand-written and kept clean, so kids, teens and grown-ups can play together.
- Can I play more than one puzzle a day?
- Yes. The Archive keeps every past Daily (they do not count for your streak), and the Vault has 24 extra puzzles in three packs with stars to earn.
- How does the Family Duel work?
- Two players solve the same puzzle on one phone, one after the other. Most groups found wins, then fewest mistakes, then fewer hints, then the faster time.
